Perforated lath roller shutters are made up of 22-gauge galvanized steel, with a high concentration of small holes punched through to create an almost transparent design at some angles. This allows passers-by to see whatever is on the other side of the shutter, while ensuring the safety and security of the contents inside the building.

This kind of lath finish is ideal for London retail units, shopping malls and high streets as it provides visibility from a distance.  Perforated lath shutters also allow for a greater airflow around the shop doors and windows, which means there may be some bend. This does not compromise their external CE standard quality.
