Bar Roller Shutters

London Bar Roller Shutters
Securing your bar after hours is essential to keep your stock safe. In addition, once the Bar Roller Shutters are down, the bar is closed, and people can be encouraged to leave.
These secure shutters will protect your assets and help to close off extra bar areas that are not in use.
Your bar layout will determine the size, shape and number of shutters you will require, but the powder coated colour can be customised to a shade of your choosing.

Tech Specs
Manufactured using 22-gauge galvanised steel as standard, our shutters are incredibly strong and durable. We also offer powder coated finishes in a colour of your choice and a variety of lath types- please browse our site for further information on these.
Electric shutters are operated using key or rocker switches, with an emergency override system in place. We can also provide a remote control. Manual shutters can be secured with a bullet or lath lock. Chain operated doors are spring assisted and geared and we can provide a range of motors, including light usage tube motors, as well as industrial, direct drive and out bound motors.
Our roller shutters are created to the highest quality standards according to your bespoke requirements, CE marked, with a short lead time and incredible results. We have made doors as small as 700mm x 700mm and shutters as large as 10m x 10m – we can create anything in between and above!
Our experienced engineers will install your shutters, unless you require supply only. Shutters can be fixed to brick, using additional timber or steel, as well as any other materials. They can also install on the inside of doors and windows, although we advise you may lose some height and width of the opening. DIY packs are available on request.
Every shutter is provided with a 12-month warranty and we carry out a full-site survey before to ensure correct fitting. We also suggest booking a service every six months to maintain the integrity of the shutters.

Types of Roller Shutters

Insulated Lath
Insulated laths have an extra thermal layer that keeps the interior of your building warm. Filled with polystyrene, any cold air or draughts are caught long before they make it into the building.

Vision Panel Roller Shutters
Tube and link roller shutters offer high visibility and are recommended for medium-security environments where a visible barrier is suitable. The large panels of this design create a flexible shutter., typically being fitted into a brick shaped configuration.

Perforated Lath
Perforated lath roller shutters are made up of 22-gauge galvanized steel, with a high concentration of small holes punched through to create an almost transparent design at some angles. This allows passers-by to see whatever is on the other side of the shutter, while ensuring the safety and security of the contents inside the building.

Brick Bond Lath Roller Shutters
Brick Bond laths are particularly useful for the retail sector, providing convenient security against break-ins, while still allowing potential customers to peer through the rectangular windows that have been punched through the steel sheet.

Powder Coated Roller Shutters
Many of our customers require a powder coated finish for there roller shutter. This involves using a solvent-free coloured powder to cover the structure, which is then cured for a chip-free finish. This hard-wearing covering is not just for aesthetics, although it does look pretty good – it also helps to make the shutter itself

Galvanised Steel Roller Shutters
When it comes to creating reliable, high-quality roller shutters, few materials are better than the 22-gauge galvanised steel that we use. Galvanised steel is a fairly inexpensive material that is easy to treat and maintain.
